Monette probably Marriage Addiction, But she’s definitely not addicted to love.
The star of TLC’s hit reality series confronts her boyfriend John about the lull in their two-year romance. As for the record, Monette knows a thing or two about forever love: She’s been married 11 times!
“Tonight at John’s birthday dinner, I have a lot of weight on my heart and mind,” explains Monette in an exclusive sneak peek of the new episode, which airs Tuesday, November 30. “And I need to share that with him because otherwise I feel like we’re never going to make it.”
During their meal, Monette explains to John why she feels like they’re at a breaking point.
“I really don’t know where we stand in this relationship,” Monette said through tears. “At first, you just admired me. You looked at me like the sun rose and set with me. And you couldn’t understand me.”
Now, everything has changed: “Recently, I feel like a burden when I’m there. No more sparks, no more relationships,” continued Monette. “I miss you. I’m a very materialistic person.”
