Marvel recently introduced how Captain Marvel aka Carol Danvers will fight in its upcoming strategy game Midnight sun in a video. Captain Marvel is easily one of the strongest Avengers in the team and she has the cards that can make her the devastation of the whole team, a super powerful hero and can endanger many enemies at once.
In Midnight Suns, Captain Marvel is one of the few superheroes in the game with dedicated gauges to steer their gameplay in a certain direction. As Captain Marvel progresses in the game, her binary meter starts to fill up and unlocks powerful cards. The Go Binary card gives her mass and boosts her attack by 100%, which makes her horribly powerful in attacks. The catch here is that the binary will be lost if her block reaches 0, which means you have to be careful on defense if you don’t want to lose the power bonus offered by cards like Go Binary. There are several cards that grant her block abilities, so you’ll have to gain a little more experience with Captain Marvel on the team before figuring out the best way to play like her.
Desire for Taunts will deal bonus damage to enemies targeting the Cosmic Avenger. Cosmic Ray is one of her basic abilities, becoming even more powerful after upgrading. With Cosmic Ray upgraded, she will be able to deal damage to all enemies attacking her for one turn. Here is a video introducing the gameplay.
