Michael Thomas, Dez Bryant, NFL players show support for Brian Flores after discrimination lawsuit
Brian Flores filed a lawsuit against the NFL on Tuesday alleging that the league engaged in discriminatory recruiting practices against Black candidates for coaching and office positions.
The allegations are wide-ranging. They cover everything from NFL teams doing fake interviews just to implement the league’s Rooney Rule to allegations that Dolphins owner Stephen Ross tried to pay Flores extra money to boost his winning streak. his first season in Miami.

Flores will now take on the NFL in a protracted legal battle. He knows this could have a detrimental effect on his coaching career, but he believes the stance now is more important than his immediate future as an NFL coach.

The NFL denied the allegations made in Flores’ lawsuit, saying it was “innocent.” However, the former Dolphins coach’s lawsuit is getting plenty of support from NFL players. Some took to Twitter to support Flores and call out the NFL for its lack of diversity.
