Midlothian teen builds ‘Puppy Kissing Booth’ to support Canine Companions’ 5K


RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – A Midlothian teen constructed a “Pet Kissing Sales space” as a part of his Eagle Scout challenge supporting Canine Companions, a service canine group.

Aaron Hamilton joined began Scouts within the first grade, moved to Boy Scouts in 2015, and now on the age of 17, the Midlothian Excessive College Senior is poised to change into an Eagle Scout.

As a part of his challenge, Hamilton is supporting Canine Companions’ annual ‘Give a Canine a Job’ 5K Run/Stroll on Saturday.

“I like canines, and after I discovered extra about how Canine Companions serves adults, youngsters and veterans with disabilities, I knew that my Eagle Scout challenge wanted to assist them,” Hamilton mentioned.

The Pet Kissing Sales space Hamilton constructed is anticipated to be a giant hit throughout the occasion.

The 5K/stroll shall be held rain or shine on Sept. 18 at 9 a.m. at Principal Line Brewery.

The price to take part is $35, and walk-up registration is from 8-8:30 a.m., with the race getting underway at 9 a.m.
