Milwaukee officials harvest 2021 city Christmas tree from couple’s home🎄
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — The 2021 metropolis Christmas tree has been harvested!
It is a 36-foot Colorado Blue Spruce that was donated by Mike Connell and Katie Main from in entrance of their house on 88th St.Â
Metropolis of Milwaukee officers and the division of public works forestry division fastidiously eliminated the tree from their house on Tuesday, Nov. 2 at 6:30 a.m.
The tree will now be escorted to Milwaukee’s Metropolis Corridor and might be positioned on North Market Avenue for the entire metropolis to get pleasure from.
The tree might be adorned by DPW forestry workers in preparation for the annual Metropolis Christmas Tree lighting. 2021 marks the 108th 12 months of the Christmas tree lighting in Milwaukee, the longest working official tree in the US aside from New York Metropolis’s.
