NASHVILLE (WSMV) – Greater than 50lbs of marijuana was discovered vacuum sealed in luggage at BNA on Thursday morning.
Two luggage belonging to Chardic D. Brown, 32, have been despatched by way of checked baggage safety with American Airways and flagged by TSA brokers to carry out a handbook search.
Upon opening the baggage, brokers found luggage crammed with a “inexperienced leafy substance” believed to be marijuana.
After confirming the substance was marijuana, two detectives in plain garments approached Brown inserting him in below arrest.
49 complete luggage weighing 51lbs have been confiscated.
Brown was charged with possession with intent to distribute.
