The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday afternoon that it has detained a suspect.
“We do not believe there are any others at this time,” according to a news release, referring to the suspects.
Authorities said at least four people were injured. No confirmed deaths have been reported.
Officers are searching the school for more possible victims.
All evacuated students are being relocated to a nearby store to be reunited with loved ones.
Oxford is about 45 miles north of Detroit.
