Sledgehammer Games’ next Vanguard update – opens Part One with Update Warzone Pacific – was pushed back a week. However, that just gives the data miners more time to leak the content, right? Well, even if you don’t think it gave them extra time – it did. There’s a lot of leaks to talk about and we’ve got the coolest for you here.
NEW WEAPON – No one has said otherwise!
We know that this leak is a bit old, but it’s one that has been corroborated by other miners and data leaksters and appears to be the most legitimate. The following weapons may be coming to Vanguard in the Season 1 update:

Looks like we’re getting Five new weapons in Vanguard Season 1 and one of them is a fan favorite. Looking at the leak below, which has been corroborated by other notable miners and data leaks over the past few weeks, it looks like the following weapons will appear at some point in Vanguard: Season 1:
- Nun-Chucks – Melee
- Barong Escrima – Close combat
It’s worth skipping a bit of salt until it’s confirmed, but it looks like at least two of these weapons appear in the leaked Season 1 Key Artwork – which is promising.
We’re expecting some of these to be Free Level bonuses in the new Battle Pass – however, there will likely be some pairs that will be unlocked exclusively through in-game challenges.
DOWNLOAD SIZE – It can be a big size!
Vanguard Season 1 Update Reportedly Hits PlayStation Database and PlayStation game size shared that it could be around 40GB! This is a big update that will add a huge amount of content – however, we don’t think it will increase the overall size of the Vanguard app by that much.
Of course, we don’t know for sure, but 40GB updates for a season is a lot – we know Zombies could do with more content, but this would be too much.
To be expect at least three Operators, four weapons and a few maps – however, this could also be an update to add a more healthy selection of Store content. Vanguard currently doesn’t have any additional Operator skins or Weapon Blueprints provided.
NEW LEAKS – Captain America & Indiana Jones
It’s a bit wild, but it looks like both Captain America and Indiana Jones may be coming to Vanguard and Warzone soon. Based on Tom Henderson – who is said to have corroborated the reports with data miners – the two characters will arrive “in the near future”.
At the moment, we don’t know if they will appear as new Operators in their own right or if they will become new Operator skins for existing characters. Only time will tell…
LEAKS – Season 1 moderator revealed?!
Nanikos, a notable Call of Duty leak and data mining company, has revealed three upcoming Operators for Call of Duty Vanguard.
They expect that all three will be added in the Season One update scheduled for December 2 – apparently, these names have been on file since the Vanguard Open Beta earlier in the year!

- Isabella – Philippines

You can then see Epic Skin variants for all three Operators – they are unlocked by reaching Operator Level 20 on all Operators in a Task Force.
Vanguard Season One slated for December 2 – we’ll see an expansion for Treyarch’s latest Zombies mode released alongside some new multiplayer maps, weapons, and possibly even the Operator above. However, that doesn’t mean we’ll wait for new content. Shipment will be added to Vanguard in pre-season update next week – so there’s a lot to look forward to between now and Vanguard Season One.
Also, Warzone is finally updated with Vanguard integration. This means there will be a New Pacific Island map – Caldera – and all Vanguard content currently available in Warzone. Hopefully this is a new experience, something hopefully a little more subtle than what we’re doing at the moment.
