Nintendo Goodies Up For Grabs In Playtonic’s Charity Auction To Be Special

The great people at Playtonic Games, the developer behind Yooka Laylee and Yooka Laylee and the Impossible Lair and publisher of Devil’s Court, BPM: Bullets Per Minuteand Game Lil Gatorwill be holding a charity auction next Friday, October 7, to raise funds for SpecialEffect’s’A special day‘ Event.

Special effects is a UK based charity in the United Kingdom, founded and established in 2007 to help children with disabilities play video games. Organization is a mainstay in the gaming-enabled space and is part of the reason why controllers can take input from any part of the body, among many other things.

Playtonic will hold various fundraisers on October 7, including the aforementioned charity auction. All types of items that have been created and donated by the game developers will be obtained, with all funds going to SpecialEffect. What better way to get hold of some exclusive gifts than by giving money to charity?

One of the prizes will be a picture of Tricky from Star Fox Adventures drawn by original artist and voice actor Kev Bayliss, who currently works at Playtonic alongside other former developers from Rare.

‘One Special Day’ is an annual SpecialEffect event where the charity’s partners come together to raise money for the charity – you can simply buy a mug or a game on your mobile device. and this money will give all children the access they need to play the Game.
