Nintendo suddenly added a large amount Game Boy and Game Boy Advance games to Nintendo Switch, in time Nintendo Direct on Wednesday. That’s good news, because porting games from the Game Boy Advance will bring one of Nintendo’s best game catalogs to one of the The company’s most popular dashboard.
Nintendo is starting small — subscribers to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack will be able to access six Game Boy Advance games, with more on the way. Games like The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Hat already hard to play on modern consoles. If you don’t have a Wii U, you’ll have to pay quite a bit for a hard copy. And while I think I’d still rather own my games, I would certainly welcome Nintendo’s continued offering of one of its best catalogs to more people. Nintendo announced Kuru Kuru Kururin, which was previously only available in Japan. bangers like Merge Metroid And Kirby and the magic mirror are on the way. Now I just hope we get one Pokémon Pinball: Ruby & Sapphire Port. (Or maybe you know, a mother 3 one?) A girl can dream!
