Olathe West students place 2,977 American flags to honor lives lost on 9/11 | News


JOHNSON COUNTY, KS (KCTV) — Thursday morning, Johnson County will pause to honor the lives misplaced 20 years in the past on Sept. 11 with a commemorative ceremony on the south garden of the Johnson County Administration Constructing on Cherry Road in Olathe.

On Wednesday, Olathe West college students who’re members of the twenty first Century Public Security Academy positioned 2,977 American flags for the occasion to honor the victims of the Sept. 11 assaults.
