Old Navy Tie-Back Cutout Swing Blouse I Editor Review
White summer is my favorite. However, I’ll be honest: owning too much of it is a real risk for me because I’m notorious for messing around every time I sit down to eat. But anyway, it has become my warm weather. In terms of points, I own a elegant maxi dress worthy of both special occasions and casual wear and white down button which I legally wear repeat. And as of this week, there’s a new person in my wardrobe, and I can’t buy enough. Import Old Navy Tie-Back Cutout Swing Blouse ($21, originally $30). Up front, I break down everything you need to know about the design in case you want to add it to your cart.
What I like about this blouse
I was immediately attracted to this blouse because of its elegant transparent shirt and hooded short sleeves. Online, the image of this shirt is slightly off-shoulder, but personally I prefer it as a full off-the-shoulder look. I love that it can be worn as both. My favorite detail is the bow on the back. Admittedly I’m not usually a bow girl, but I found it too cute to resist, and shoppers agreed. Countless reviewers appreciated the feminine detail.
Something worth noting
Although the majority of shoppers have rated this blouse five stars, there are still a number of reasons why people choose a less favorable rating. First, a small number of shoppers thought it was “too short”, while others thought it fit “too big”. I find that the fit is just right, but I can understand why a slightly oversized piece might not be everyone’s favourite.
Who is this blouse best suited for?
This lightweight blouse is a lovely choice for summer wear, and I think it goes well with many different occasions. I wore it with denim shorts and my favorite shirt Old Navy Linen-Blend Platform Sandals ($40) for a casual daytime look, but I could also find myself wearing it with jeans and tan heels for a more formal event.
