Oleksandr Usyk wants to fight WBC champion Tyson Fuy after successfully defending his heavyweight title against Anthony Joshua at Jeddah tonight. After claiming a decisive win over ‘AJ’, Usyk currently holds the WBA, WBO, IBF, IBO and Ring heavyweight belts.
The only belt missing is the WBC strap, which will make him the undisputed champion. After his win over Joshua tonight, Usyk has made it clear his intention to take on ‘The Gypsy King’ next. He say:
“I’m sure Tyson Fury hasn’t retired yet. I believe he wants to fight me, I want to fight him. If I don’t fight Tyson Fury, I won’t fight at all.”

Anthony Joshua was considered the perfect match for Tyson Fury throughout the years. But Ukrainian Usyk has brought the team down and is currently holding two wins against ‘AJ’ – he looks like the right opponent for Fury’s return.
‘King of Gypsy’ appears to have retired, his last fight was against Dillian Whyte in which he secured a successful knockout victory WBC defended the title earlier this year.
However, Fury has revealed the possibility of a comeback against the winner Usyk vs. Joshua 2 in some cases. Since there is a winner in Oleksandr Usyk, it proves Tyson Fury’s ability to return to action.
Undefeated as a professional tennis player, Fury is arguably this generation’s strongest contender. He seems capable of weathering Storm Usyk inside the ring that toppled ‘AJ’ twice. However, Oleksandr Usyk’s victory over Joshua tonight is alarming for the whole tournament.
Oleksandr Usyk does not let go of his heavyweight title
Anthony Joshua looks better than last time against Usyk. The Briton has shown significant progress and has shaken his Ukrainian opponent several times. Even so, this champion does not deal much damage.
Usyk changes levels and attacks ‘AJ from all angles. Although Usyk had to dig deeper this time, he still found a way to outrun one of the toughest heavyweights of all time. Usyk, a two-weight champion, is also undefeated as a pro and can look his opponent straight in the eye. Tyson Fury for a potential war.
