The OnePlus Watch is getting an update that brings Spotify music mode along with new watch faces. Besides that, the update also brings a bunch of bug fixes, improvements, and new features to the Chinese tech giant’s smartwatch. The update also brings optimizations to the wearable sleep algorithm and vibration intensity. OnePlus Watch is the company’s first smartwatch and was launched in March. The smartwatch is priced in India at Rs. 14,999 and available in three color options.

According to a screenshot shared by a user on the OnePlus community forum, first spotted by XDA Developers, the OnePlus Watch (Review) is getting a bunch of fixes, improvements, and updates. new features. One of the biggest new features with the update is the addition of Spotify’s music mode for wearables. This allows users to sync their Spotify playlists on their smartwatch. The update also brings four new watch faces as well as support for linking mobile alarm reminders.
The OnePlus Watch update also adds support for real-time display navigation. The change table mentions that users can see the navigation by raising their hand. Furthermore, the update optimizes the sleep algorithm, making sleep detection even smarter. Users can also adjust the vibration intensity in the watch’s settings and can experience stronger vibration reminders.
The firmware version for the update is W301GB_B_65_0654 and is 50MB in size, according to the changelog. The update is expected to be released automatically over the air. However, to check for the update manually, users can open the OnePlus Health app on their smartphone and go to Manage > Device Settings > Device Updates.
