Welcome to the Monday-Friday menu for our plant-based RE:SET, our 5-day plant-based meal plan to start the new year off lighter and brighter. This plan is about laying the groundwork for good vibes to permeate all areas of life: expect high energy, positive moods, and better sleep. We are so glad you joined us!

If you’ve been here a while, you know that our food philosophy is pretty intuitive. We’re all about healthy, homemade meals, but we’ll never restrict ourselves from enjoying the joys of dessert either. But since we incorporate more plant-centered meals, we have noticed a dramatic change in our health and vitality. And science backs it up!

Research shows that a plant-based diet rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals helps lower blood pressure and LDL (bad) cholesterol, lower your risk of diabetes, help maintain a healthy weight, and lower your risk of disease. heart.
