Back in April last year, an Indie World presentation came out with a bang – revealed Oxenfree II: Lost signal for Nintendo Switch.
Unfortunately, it looks like the same title has been delayed again. In an update on social media, the developer Night School Studio said it needed a little more time to make the game “really special” and add more localization.
“We’re indebted to our amazing community for making Oxenfree II: Lost Signals the best game it can be. Viewing your artwork, reading your excited comments and connecting with you has inspired us. push our ambition to make this game the best.To make Oxenfree II really special and add more locazations, we are moving our release window to 2023.
“Thanks for your patience, support and understanding. We can’t wait to share the game with you. Stay tuned! Night School Studios.”
Here’s a bit about Oxenfree II via the official Nintendo website:
“OXENFREE II: Lost Signals is the sequel to the critically acclaimed narrative-adventure game OXENFREE from Night School Studio. Play it as a standalone story or dig deeper by playing the original – what It’s up to you. As you play, you’ll shape each step of the story through your choices.
