Oz Star Granville Adams Dead at 58 After Battling Cancer

Hollywood is mourning the lack of a standout from the HBO drama collection Oz

Granville Adams, recognized for his position as Zahir Arif on the favored jail present that signed off in 2003 after six seasons, has died at age 58 following a battle with most cancers. His former Oz colleagues shared the information on social media on Sunday, Oct. 10. 

“Goodnight, candy prince/and flights of angels sing thee to they relaxation #granvilleadams #oz,” Oz collection creator Tom Fontana posted to Instagram, including a picture of Granville from the present. 

Granville’s co-star Kirk Acevedo tweeted, “I misplaced my brotha right this moment after a protracted battle with most cancers. I do not do properly with loss as a result of I am unfamiliar with it. Yo Granny we’ll be chopping it up on the opposite facet in the future. Till then… Relaxation simple my good friend. Granville Adams.” He added a prayer arms emoji. 

Moreover, Oz actor Dean Winters posted a photograph to Instagram of himself and Granville from a earlier journal shoot.
