Packers QB ‘ready’ to join Titans, reportedly buying land near Nashville
From icy tundra to Tennessee?
Aaron Rodgers’ future in Green Bay remains murky at the moment, but if he is traded, then you could pick Titans as a potential landing spot.
A recent report from 102.5 The Game’s Jared Stillman, a Nashville affiliate of ESPN radio, says that Rodgers is currently building a home in the suburb of Nashville, Tenn. Year 2022.

Additionally, sources say Rodgers is “openly” joining the Titans. Another source said that the Packers’ current teammates do not expect Rodgers to return to GB. pic.twitter.com/fEwiL1sthA

Stillman also added that, according to sources, the Packers teammates felt that it was “not a thing” for Rodgers to return to Green Bay for another year.
Also, adding to the intrigue issues is that Rodgers is currently selling my California home, potentially eliminating the West Bank as a landing zone. The reported land purchases could also be purely coincidental – Nashville is a very popular tourist destination and the sixth hottest housing market in the US, according to Zillow.
The move would make sense, except for an expensive hurdle: Current midfielder Ryan Tannehill is under contract for the 2022 season and due is a $29 million guarantee.
That won’t be particularly easy to make clear, and a direct one-on-one swap between the Packers and Titans is also hard to envision.
For now, though, the idea that Rodgers could throw Julio Jones and AJ Brown could be music to the ears of Tennessee fans.
