The Philadelphia Phillies could soon bring a key part of their squad back from injury based on the information they gave on Sunday.
Midfielder Bryce Harper was ready to practice batting for the first time on Monday since he broke his thumb in June. Manager Rob Thomson added that the next step would then be to send Harper on a rehabilitation mission for minors.
