Pokémon diamond and pearl remakes have been updated to version 1.3.0, here are the full patch notes

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl on Nintendo Switch has now been updated to Version 1.3.

Here’s another cool update to the game – with a new special event to meet the mythical Pokémon Arceus and online trading is now available at GWS in Jubilife City. Here are the full details provided by Nintendo’s support page:

Version 1.3.0 (Release March 15, 2022)

• Added an event related to Pokémon Legend: Arceus.
  • If the user on the Nintendo Switch system has saved data from Pokémon Legend: Arceus If the requirements are met, the player can participate in a special event to encounter the Mythical Pokémon Arceus while playing. Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or Pokémon Shining Pearl Game.

• Added online trading feature at GWS.
  • Pokémon can now be traded online at GWS in Jubilife City.
  • Note: A Nintendo Switch Online membership (paid service) is required to trade Pokémon online.
• Some issues have been fixed for more pleasant gameplay.
