Police increasing patrols at Chapman University after sexual attack reported on campus

ORANGE, Calif. (KABC) — Police are rising patrols at Chapman Faculty in Orange as they study a reported sexual assault on campus.

The assault reportedly occurred early Friday morning throughout the lower courtyard of Henley Hall, and was allegedly carried out by an individual in a skeleton masks that had been apparently hiding in some bushes.

The sufferer, who requested to remain anonymous, was standing throughout the courtyard near her dorm room on FaceTime alongside together with her boyfriend when the assault occurred.

She talked about the particular person punched her throughout the face and began to beat her up. The sufferer, who’s a second-degree black belt, fought once more and compelled the particular person to flee as she chased him.

The freshman from Hawaii screamed loud ample to attract the attention of various school college students on campus, who known as police. She talked about she suffered minor accidents and bruises.

The alleged attacker is described as about 6 ft tall with a thin assemble who was sporting all black garments and the skeleton masks.

Orange police launched surveillance video of the suspect they’re saying was taken moments after the assault.
