Toronto police are searching for a man following an assault in Toronto on Friday afternoon.
In one Press Release, Toronto Police said they answered an attack call in the area King Street We stand Blue Jays Way around 2:37 pm on Friday.
Police said the suspect and another man engaged in a “verbal melee”, before the suspect walked up to the victim in his car and hit him “repeatedly” in the face. . He allegedly then stepped on the car and caused damage.
Police said a passerby tried to intervene “several times” to stop the assault from continuing.
Police said the suspect was between 35 and 45 years old with a thin build, of average height and short, dark hair. He was last seen wearing a baseball cap with a white mesh on the back and black front and a gray sweater.
He has gray pants, white shoes, and large, white headphones. Police said he also has a dark brown French mastiff.
