Polls open as residents begin heading to the polls to vote in Quebec’s municipal election
Quebec residents can solid their poll at their native polling stations throughout the province from 9:30 a.m. to eight p.m. Sunday, however for the Metropolis of Montreal, polls had been open as early as Saturday morning. International’s Dan Spector caught up with some early voters.
