Splatoon 3The first Splatfest will take place next Saturday! And to participate you will need to download Splatfest World Premiere demo from eShop. You can’t get into the demo yet, but at least now you can pre-install it so you’re all set for the big day!
Go to Switch eShop (UK, WE) to download the demo now. If you’ve pre-ordered it, the app will automatically download when you start your Switch and when it’s connected to the internet. (Thanks for the support, WoomyNNYes!)
Splatfest is on August 27, but you’ll be able to dive into the demo from August 25 (we’ll remind you, don’t worry!). You’ll get a chance to watch some of the game’s tutorials, practice the basics, and explore the city of Splatsville. You will also get to choose your group.
The first vote this year is between rock-paper-scissors, and scissors – and Splatfest actually happens on World Rock Paper Scissors Day! Sneaky squids.
Don’t forget, the full game is out September 9, but this demo – and Splatfest – will give you time to feel the ink again!
