QB situation commander is a hot mess with playoff berth on the line
No one really expected the Washington Commanders to hang out with the hot San Francisco 49ers on the road on Christmas Eve.
Taylor Heinicke was once again started at center back for Ron Rivera’s team, only to grapple with mistakes throughout his game.
With Washington dropping multiple points in the fourth quarter, Rivera becomes a struggling veteran Carson Wentz who had performed quite well against the 49ers defense became soft when the game got out of control.

Going into Week 17 against the Cleveland Browns, Rivera still hasn’t commitment begins for that important New Year’s Day game.
