The Washington Commanders finally got a new identity, and now they are said to be turning all the stones in the hope of finding a franchise midfielder. Head coach Ron Rivera has stated publicly that when it comes to QB, the team “need a veteran. “General Manager Martin Mayhew was”talk to every club there’s a midfielder that might be available” and even spoke to a number of teams where QB is definitely not available. Regardless, it’s clear the team will have a new signal caller at the center in 2022. The only question is whether that has new QBs coming through free agency, commercial or in April’s draft.
