Quiz about the ‘NFL reception leader’
Jerry Jones expects great things from Dallas Cowboys this year, and that starts with the offense. With Amari Cooper currently in Cleveland and Michael Gallup injured, most of the team’s game time will be spent in third-year CeeDee Lamb. Lamb had a breakout season in 2022 in which he made his first Pro Bowl after catching 79 balls at 1,102 yards and six TDs. Even with those big numbers, a rival in the AFC office assuming that Lamb is doing an even greater amount of work this season. “He can hit 200 goals the way things are shaping up.” The NFL record for goals in a single season is 205, so if this anonymous HR officer is accurate, we should hear Lamb’s name called early and often in 2022.
Which brings us to today’s puzzle. In fact, if Lamb gets 200 goals this season, he could very well lead the league in receptions. So, with that in mind, how many players can you name that have led the league in receptions each season since 2000 in five minutes?
Good luck!
