Range Media Partners is partnering with Recur, a leading NFT company, to make it easier for their clients to create NFTs as Hollywood becomes more and more involved in digital collections.
Through the partnership, Range customers will be able to use Recur’s technology to create their own NFTs that are not tied to a specific blockchain and can be purchased in US dollars with a credit card or non-crypto debit card.
Recur has tapped into the entertainment industry’s interest in NFT with a partnership with ViacomCBS for the company’s IP-based NFT (including world Spongebob Squarepants and Star Trek) and Sanrio for Hello Kitty NFTs. Last September, the company raised $50 million at a $333 million valuation in a Series A funding round.

The range customers that created NFT include Heavy Metal publisher and musicians PARTYNEXTDOOR, Walk Off The Earth and The Disco Biscuits.
