Ravens’ Jackson thinks he’ll be ready for the wild card game
Baltimore Crows Midfielder Lamar Jackson seems hopeful that he will be able to play in the Wild Card Weekend in an attempt to help his team beat the defending AFC champions, the Cincinnati Bengals.
Jackson has been sidelined for the past 5 games because of a knee injury that takes longer to recover than expected.
This is clearly a big game for Raven, who are sixth seed after finishing the regular season 10-7, so it makes sense for Jackson to want to play.
Not only did he want to play, but it also seemed like he thought he would.
NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport recently told Pat McAfee on his show that Jackson “told everyone he thought he’d be back” in time for the play-off game against Cincinnati (h. /t Baltimore Ravens website).
