Players looking for gear in Seattle will have a new brick-and-mortar retail destination next month. Lifestyle brand Razer – with a distinct neon green aesthetic – will open at the University Village shopping mall on December 4.
RazerStore is the third US store for the company, after San Francisco and Las Vegas. Other locations in Singapore, London, Hong Kong and Taipei.
Razer, founded in 2005, sells gaming hardware such as laptops and desktops, headsets and controllers, as well as clothing, bags, chairs, etc.
The Seattle store promises four in-store fights and the chance to add “personal flair to your setup” with the Razer Customs collection, according to a news release. Players can also use the “unboxing station” to capture the “perfect social media story”.
There will be four zones dedicated to professional game setups, streaming players, console players, and digital creators.
The opening event will feature prizes and gifts for the first 500 people in line; a Razer Blade laptop for first in line; and special promotions in store.
New store located at 2616 NE 46th St, Seattle.
