The investigation follows stories of useless and mutilated rabbits in Minorou Park, and a videotaped confrontation between an area man and a pair he believed had been concerned.
That altercation occurred on Oct. 19, when the person — who International Information has agreed to not determine out of security issues — says he noticed the couple trying within the bushes with a flashlight and telling their canines to “go get them.”
