A 19-year-old Regina man is dealing with robbery fees in relation to an incident on Friday morning.
Desmond Key can also be charged with fleeing from police, working a conveyance harmful to the general public, and failing to adjust to a situation of a launch order.
Police say they had been referred to as to the 1100 block of Angus Avenue after it was reported a person was making an attempt to interrupt into a number of autos.
As officers arrived on scene, they are saying they noticed Key assault a taxi driver. He then stole the cab and drove away.
Police say the taxi driver didn’t maintain severe accidents.
Police tried to cease the automobile nevertheless it didn’t pull over.
The automobile then hit a fence and police say Key tried to run away.
He was later arrested with out additional incident.
