NAPA VALLEY, California – Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is tightening its grip on parallel imports with tough measures against dealers and customers found to have re-exported cars elsewhere.
Rolls-Royce CEO Torsten Muller-Otvos said at the launch of the company’s first modern electric car – the Specter – that he was completely against the idea of parallel imports.
