After the Texas school shooting, US Congressman of the Arizona Democratic Party Ruben Gallego sent a series of obscene tweets to Texas Republicans Ted Cruz and NRA.
Cruz told CNN:
It’s inevitable that there’s a killer of this type, you see politicians trying to politicize it, you see the Democrats and so many people in the media whose immediate solution is to try restrict the constitutional rights of law-abiding citizens.
In response, Gallego tweeted:
F *** you @tedcruz you care about a fetus but you will let our baby be slaughtered.
Referring to Cruz’s Cancun trip in 2021 amid a hurricane in Texas and a power outage among Texans, Gallego also tweeted:
Just take your ** to Cancun. You are useless.
Gallego followed:
Just to be clear you @tedcruz you are a child killer.
Former Marines and Iraq veterans also have a few word choices for the largest gun lobby. Gallego tweeted:
F*** you @NRA.
He also told California Representative Darrell Issa:
F*** your prayers. They haven’t worked on the last 20 mass shootings, how about passing legislation to stop these killings.
This is in response to Issa’s comments offering thoughts and prayers to the victims.
