Betty White says Ryan Reynolds can’t leave her.
The two starred together in the 2009 film “The Proposal”, and since Reynolds publicly referred to White as an “ex-girlfriend”.
The iconic actress responded in an interview with Everyone, said, “I heard Ryan couldn’t get over his everything for me, but Robert Redford was the One.”
Reynolds responded to her comment with a tweet, joking: “I’m really fed up with the media exploiting past relationships just to get clicks.”
On January 17, the former Golden Girl will turn 100. Fans can celebrate with her in a special cinematic event called “Betty White: 100 Years Young – A Birthday Celebration.”
The film follows White’s behind-the-scenes footage on set, working with her office staff, entertaining at home and will include her actual birthday party.
Reynolds appeared in the film alongside Tina Fey, Robert Redford, Lin Manuel- Miranda, Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman, Jay Leno, Carol Burnett and Craig Ferguson.
