The characters starred in commercials for Deloitte, DoorDash, Autodesk, and Ring, with Reynolds himself appearing in one of them for MNTN, his adware company.

“Advertising should be fun,” Reynolds said in a statement. “Zombie has generated more cultural conversation in the last decade than any other property, and we wanted to honor that by bringing some characters back from the dead in some contextual advertising. fun. We were overwhelmed by the comprehensive support of the AMC Networks Content Department and the willingness of Deloitte, DoorDash, Autodesk, and Ring to be non-traditional.”

In one of the ads, Rodney orders takeout from DoorDash and tells the driver to approach, saying, “Don’t worry. I won’t bite,” before adding, “Just kidding, I absolutely will.” The ad includes a line that says “Everything in your neighborhood, delivered to your door. Or pike. On the other hand, Milton Mamet starred in an Autodesk commercial, where he introduced the world’s first “growl-powered doorknob”.
