SAN MATEO – A 27-year-old man was shot and killed in San Mateo on Thursday afternoon, police said.

Officers had been known as to the 1,000-block of College Avenue merely after 3 p.m. to report a person in need of assist, the San Mateo Police Division said in a press launch. They arrived to look out the one that suffered at least one gunshot wound.
