Shamea Morton announced her replacement Shadina Blunt was unfortunately diagnosed with breast cancer last week. Now, just days after learning of Blunt’s cancer diagnosis, she’s in early labor.
TSR previously reported last November that Shadina Blunt, the former representative of Kandi Burruss, would help her RHOA co-star welcome her second baby after she appeared as Kandi’s agent. on RHOA throughout the seasons.
Morton has also been friends with the reality series for the past 7 seasons. She is married to Gerald Mwinge and currently has a daughter Shya Mwinge. Shadina is carrying the couple’s second child.
Shamea announces her surrogate has breast cancer on the radio
Shamea, a radio personality at V-103 in Atlanta, helped Shadina share the shocking news of her breast cancer with Dr. Jackie, her doctor, six days ago.
“The journey has a turning point and I couldn’t have done it without [Dr.] Jackie. So unfortunately we found some abnormal cells in my breast so unfortunately we will have to give birth to this cute baby soon,” Shadina said.
Shamea jumped in to clarify the diagnosis, “Shadina was diagnosed with breast cancer.”
“But that’s just a small page in your story – it’s not your story. It’s not your end, she added.
As she was clearly shaken when she shared her news, Shamea comforted Shadina, thanking her for being “the greatest blessing” for still caring about her unborn daughter’s health. her while dealing with her recent diagnosis.

Shadina Blunt is in labor now, weeks earlier than expected
This morning, Shadina shared with supporters that she went into early labor. The surrogate went live on Instagram to assure followers that things are still under control so far after 12 hours of labor. She says the baby has been moving around and seems healthy, but is coming soon!
