Shawn Mendes has announced that he is delaying Surprised world tour amid mental health concerns.

In a statement shared on his Instagram on Friday, the singer explained that while he feels ready to go on tour again after taking a few years off amid the pandemic, the decision is “too much of a stretch.” soon” and he has “reached bankruptcy.”

The singer has been open about her mental health, writing her 2018 single “In My Blood” about feelings of anxiety.
