The sleeveless dress featured a high neckline, open back, and thin train lines that stretched behind her as she walked.
Mitchell completed the bold look with diamond earrings to match the shine of her dress, along with a shimmering silver eyeshadow. “We may be in Cannes, but I brought a bit of New York,” she said on her personal page.
