Sliced mushrooms sold in Ontario, Quebec recalled over possible Listeria contamination
A potential Listeria contamination has prompted the recall of sliced white mushrooms offered in Ontario and Quebec and presumably different provinces or territories.
The Canadian Meals Inspection Company says a recall has been issued by Carleton Mushroom for the mushrooms, which had been ready for Metro Manufacturers.
The product was offered in 227-gram packages with a greatest earlier than date of Oct. 25, 2021.

Clients are being instructed to both throw the mushrooms out or return them to the shop the place they had been bought.
There have been no studies of any diseases linked to the product.
Meals contaminated with Listeria could not look or scent spoiled and signs can embrace vomiting, nausea, persistent fever, muscle aches, extreme headache and neck stiffness.
