Some BC ski resorts requiring proof of vaccination to get on the mountain – Okanagan


As avid ski and snowboarders put together for the season – some resorts say they’ll require proof of vaccination in an effort to be on the mountain.

Revelstoke Mountain Resort will likely be requiring all friends 12 years of age and older to offer proof they’re absolutely vaccinated beginning on November 18.

“The security, well being, and well-being of those that work at and go to Revelstoke Mountain Resort stay our first and highest precedence,” the corporate posted to its web site.

The resort would require proof of vaccination to entry all resort services together with the gondola along with face masks.

The B.C. vaccine card along with authorities points ID will likely be accepted as authentic proof of vaccination.

Grouse Mountain may also require proof of vaccination beginning on November 27 or opening day – whichever comes first.

In an announcement posted to its web site, the President of Grouse Mountain Resort mentioned “We imagine implementing this coverage over the winter season will present the strongest safety in opposition to COVID-19 to those that go to and work on the mountain.

Different ski resorts is not going to be requiring proof of vaccination together with Large White Ski Resort and Whistler Blackcomb.
