Songhaï: A ‘zero waste’ agricultural system to increase food security in Africa

Nigerian-born scientist, Father Godfrey Nzamujo, began with a small, barren piece of land in Benin in 1985.

His quest to a “zero waste” agricultural system was ignited by the drought and famine of the Eighties in Ethiopia.

Thirty-six years later, the Songhaï mission is the results of Father Nzamujo’s drive to not solely enhance meals safety, but additionally assist the surroundings and create jobs.
