Southwest Wins Preliminary Injunction to Stop Kiwi From Posting Fares

Southwest sued Kiwi.com in January in US District Courtroom docket inside the Northern District of Texas, saying the web page breached the phrases of Southwest’s web page by scraping fare and flight knowledge.

“As detailed in Southwest’s request for a preliminary injunction, Kiwi.com improperly inflates Southwest fares and engages in numerous conduct that harms every Southwest and its prospects,” a Southwest spokesperson talked about via e-mail on Friday.

He added, “Southwest is pleased that Determine Brown has ordered Kiwi.com to stop these unauthorized actions until this matter reaches a remaining alternative.”
