Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has a wide variety of Droid enemies to attack

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will feature a wide variety of enemies that you can introduce with Cal Kestis’ lightsaber, including a large number of Trade Federation robots and Separatists from the Prequel era. New variations of this enemy include some cannon units, heavy mercenaries, and more formidable fighters that can make it difficult for Kestis.

Talk to IGNDesign director Jason de Heras and production director Kasumi Shishido added that the droid has given the team at Respawn more freedom when it comes to what these enemies can do and what weapons they use against them. back to Kestis, who now has a ranged blaster option in his arsenal.

B1 Battle Droids are not a big threat in small numbers, but when they attack you, they can overwhelm you. Star Wars humor, the droids will probably have some jokes so you can tragically understand how they really are doomed in the grand scheme of things.

B2 droids, first appearing in Attack of the Clones, are much tougher than and can absorb a lot of damage. To take them down, you need to deflect their barrage of ranged attacks, parry their melee attacks, and charge for the kill. BX droids hit the spot in terms of agility and power, as these nimble machines can dodge attacks and lunge at you for quick attacks, while Droidekas represent a danger higher technology.

The iconic rolling droids introduced in The Phantom Menace have a bubble shield that they use tactically, so you’ll have to find an exact opportunity to stun and kill them. The IG-100 Magna Guards – which you may remember as the cyborgs accompanying General Grievous – are described as an “elite” type of enemy that has the answer to every type of attack you throw at it. They will disrupt your fighting rhythm and are a serious threat in Survivor.

Even more impressive is the DT Sentry Droid, which is derived from Star Wars Rebels. Respawn was looking for a brutal enemy and decided to use the DT Sentry as they could equip it with different payloads. There are three variants of this killing machine, and even if you cut off one of its limbs, it will continue to attack you. The KX Security Droid Enforcer is back in Survivor, but this time it won’t try to constantly chokeslam you. Instead, it is now equipped with a stun baton and is much sturdier than the Reconnaissance Army using this weapon.

Eventually, the Scout Troop evolved into the Shield Army, and they use a shield that you can either attack or take with your Force powers. They’re basically a huge distraction on the battlefield, but if you strike at the right time, you can unleash your inner Captain America and throw their shield instantly at them.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will release on April 28 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, six weeks later than originally planned so Respawn can further refine the game.
