Suspect in custody after shooting at Humboldt basketball game
HUMBOLDT, Tenn. – Humboldt City School officials confirmed Tuesday night’s shooting.
The bulletin said that a conflict between two adults led to a shootout during the Humboldt High School basketball game against the North Side.
City of Humboldt schools said no students were injured or involved in the incident.
Humboldt Police said one person was killed and others were injured. But the number of injured could not be confirmed at this time.
The statement said one suspect was arrested by Humboldt police.
The investigation is underway.
The statement said all classes and school activities will be canceled on Wednesday.
