Switch Game Boy Library Doesn’t Have A Fixed Schedule, According To Nintendo

Nintendo has consistently released classic games for its Switch Online service. Have type a stereotype, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that fans should expect the same when it comes to newly released classic libraries.

Axios game Co-creator Stephen Totilo reached out to Nintendo following the launch of new Game Boy and Game Boy Advance services for Switch Online to ask them how often fans can expect games to be added to the service. In short: “There is no fixed schedule for new releases, but each collection will continue to grow.”

While there’s no fixed schedule, we know at least some games will be coming to these new libraries in the coming months. Five games per service were introduced – from over Zelda game to Fire Emblem, Pokémon and even Camelot’s legendary classic RPG, yellow sun.
