Lich was charged in February with mischief, obstructing police, advising others to commit mischief and intimidation for her role in the massive protest that gridlocked downtown Ottawa in many weeks.
She was released the following month on a long list of conditions, including not communicating with key convoy organizers except through an attorney or in the presence of an attorney.
Lich was arrested last week after she appeared in a recent photo with protest leader Tom Marazzo, and Crown argued during Tuesday’s bail hearing that she should stay in custody. hold.
However, her attorney, Lawrence Greenspon, argued that Lich and Marazzo had only had a brief interaction and that her attorneys simply stood off camera and approved the photo.
