Teen’s mother who failed to ride a carriage is tied down by her family to a woman who claims to be his cousin

It’s been almost a week since a 14-year-old fell to his death at an amusement park in Orlando. As previously reported, Tire Sampson was visiting ICON Park with a football club when the incident occurred. And while his family awaits answers from an investigation by Florida officials, Tire’s mother recently had to deal with requests from a woman who claims to be his cousin to the world. the media.

What did she do?

Apparently, a woman who identified herself as Shay Johnson weaved a story about the days of Tire passing. She claims to be the teen’s cousin. Shay also claims he spoke to her several times before the crash. The woman told the Tire media outlet that her bus operators had turned him down from several other attractions because of his size. She said he also informed her when someone told him to ride the ‘Orlando Free Fall’.

But, according to Orlando Sentinel, Tire’s mother turned off Shay’s story while talking to the Orange County detectives. Michelle Guido, a spokesperson from the county sheriff’s office confirmed to Orlando Sentinel that Tire’s mother “didn’t know” about Shay Johnson. Another store, WFTV 9 ABC, also confirmed to the attorney representing the teen’s family that “none of the family members knew Johnson.”

No crime, no time

And not only did the woman give numerous interviews to the media claiming kinship, but she also seemed to be held in his name. She is said to have held press conferences, collected petition signatures and even led a vigil before a park ride, according to WFTV 9 ABC.

Although the action seemed odd, OCSO’s Michelle said detectives were already looking into Shay. In the end, detectives did not issue a report and Shay is not facing any arrest warrants. In the words of Michelle, “at this point, [detectives] There is no evidence of a crime”. At this time, there is no evidence that Shay collected money on behalf of the teenager.

Late Thursday night, WFTV 9 ABC talked to Shay’s owner. Manager at Flash Dancer’s Bar in Orlando confirmed to the outlet that Shay has been terminated.

There is no additional information about Shay Johnson or her motives in forging a familial relationship with the deceased teen.
