The 20 best lip scrubs for the smoothest lips ever
While I try to do all of the above, especially when it comes to staying hydrated, sometimes my lips get dry and chapped, I need a little extra help. That’s when I switched to lip scrubs. Instead of trying to remove dead skin and flakes with your fingers (I know, it’s gross), these scrubs are a gentler and safer option for smoothing your lips.
It also helps that a lot of scrubs contain moisturizing ingredients, so they won’t leave your lips completely flaky and dry. Usually after using an exfoliator, I apply favorite lip balm to moisturize and really lock in that softness. When my lips are really dry (like winter peaks), I tend to apply a lip scrub about once or twice a week depending on how my skin feels.
